The Lone Star Drilling Fleet

Rigs & Equipment to Get the Job Done Right

Lone Star Drilling maintains a diverse and robust fleet designed to tackle a wide range of drilling tasks with precision and efficiency. Our key assets include the powerful Foremost DR24 rotary drills—mounted on International and Mack chassis—capable of drilling and casing holes from 6″ to 24″ in tough overburden without mud, underreamers, or casing hammers.

We also operate Texoma 700-series auger drills for large-diameter holes, and a Calwell 250B rig that can bore up to 54″ diameter wells to depths of 100 ft.

For specialized tasks, our 5‑ton vibro hammer drives casings from 12″ to 60″ down to 100 ft, while our hydro-vac truck, John Deere 420 backhoe with pump truck, and hydraulic off‑rail drill setups provide flexible support across aquifer detection, casing extraction, pump installation, and environmentally controlled cuttings disposal.

Together, this purpose-built equipment enables us to deliver reliable, safe, and cost‑effective drilling services across varied terrain and project scopes.
